Chantal Riske

Chantal Riske is the Operations and Technology Manager at Drake Law, supporting the firm’s lawyers and staff across multiple offices. She is responsible for the technology systems and day-to-day operational support that keep the firm running efficiently and consistently in fast-paced practice environments.

Chantal works hands-on with legal and administrative teams to improve workflows, strengthen internal processes, and ensure technology aligns with the way the firm operates. She brings a strong training and communication lens to her role, shaped by several years of teaching experience, and is committed to helping staff feel confident using the tools and systems that enable their work. She is often directly involved in troubleshooting issues, refining processes, and helping teams navigate change as the firm grows and evolves.
