Full-Time Family Law Associate

Drake Law is a law firm specializing in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. Based in London, Ontario, our goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered legal services through all stages of life.

We are looking for a motivated family law associate to join our growing team in Sarnia. This is an in-office hybrid position serving clients in Sarnia, London, Chatham, and Windsor.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Family Lawyer with 3-4 years experience. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of family law files, including separation, divorce, child custody and access, child support, spousal support, property division, and complex litigation matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Current and in-good-standing licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing Family Law.

  • Some trial experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and a strong benefits package for this role.

  • Annual salary of $100,000–$150,000 CDN.

  • Paid time off / paid vacation.
